Enjoy a door-to-door service that is both relaxed and efficient. Your driver will meet you on arrival and will be holding a sign with your name. While the driver take care of your belongings, you can refresh yourself after your flight.

You can choose between the following options available in the order box: car for a maximum of 2 passengers (Option 1: Toyota Vios or similar), car for a maximum of 3 passengers (Option 2: Toyota Innova or similar), car for a maximum of 8 passengers (Option 3: Ford Transit or similar):

Vehicle Options:

- 4 Seater Car (Toyota Vios or similar): Maximum 2 passengers

Luggage Information:

Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge.

Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

Driver: Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)

The customer service team (English speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7

Over time (per hour): 12/12/15 USD for 4/7/16 Seater Car (pay to transfer operator)

Late/Early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 8/10/12 USD for 4/7/16 Seater Car (pay to transfer operator)

Please provide: Pick up date & time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time: For international flights - 90 minutes; For domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
