What to expect
The views at the heart of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, especially around the village of Carrapateira, will review why it's popular with locals. Plus, you'll see a famed surfers beach.
Travel to an authentic fishing village and walk along its beach to admire the colorful boats. Also, experience a countryside path before stopping in the typical hamlet of Pedralva with its whitewashed houses. Your journey, popular with those who like unusual places off the beaten track, continues to Carrapateira. To get there, you'll go along a track that winds between wild hills and crops amongst small farms.
Get driven along the Pontal Da Carrapateira by 4X4, which offers a multitude of viewpoints on the cliffs of the coast.Benefit from several stops with free time to explore the diversity of this coastline. Praia Da Bordeira, the remains of an old Moorish village and the fishermen's huts clinging to the cliffs are sights included that you'll want to capture before the end of the experience too.

You'll visit Faro, Olhao, and Tavira and travel through beautiful countryside in the Ria Formosa National Park. You'll see a performance of Fado music which is the heart of Portuguese tradition, a soulful singer fronts a group of musicians and together they convey passion, struggle, and longing. Seville Cultural Tour with Local Guide from the Algarve
