Please meet the trolley in the circular driveway directly in front of the main entrance to the Chattanooga Choo Choo (old train terminal). This circular drive is between Nic & Normans restaurant and the Frothy monkey. The green trolleys underneath the parking garage are not the trolley that you are looking for. The tour organizer's trolley is red and green and will pull up in front of the Chattanooga Choo Choo (between the front doors to the old train terminal, and Market St.)
