The Vienna City Card is valid for 180 days after being generated and is not refundable. Your city card is activated from the first day you start to use it, not from the date of purchase. It will remain valid for the length of time specified by the kind of card: 24, 48 or 72 hours
You can either print your voucher at home and exchange it at the tourist info at Albertinaplatz or use the “ivie” app to activate and hold your digital Vienna City Card. Instructions on how to download your card will be provided after booking
