Guided by the chef, learn the flavors, depths and ingredients of the dishes with smoky or floral wine tastings. From tuna tartar Yucca Floats to a honey and goat cheese endive.

Then travel to Marigot, the Capital of the European Country of French St Martin, where you will have free time to explore the city. Stroll along the promenade, pick up a souvenir and see the brightly colored houses. Soak in the local French culture at the fresh market or, choose to visit the infamous old Fort Louis.

On the drive back to your hotel or ship port, you'll take in the breathtaking scenes of both French and Dutch St Maarten and St Martin.

This tour includes hotel pickup. You will indicate your pickup location at checkout. You will meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel or at the Port Main Gate by the Port Sign, at the commencement of the tour time. Look for your guide holding a sign, 'Infinite Island Tours N.V.'
