Important to know
- The Guided tour option includes an English-speaking guide and an audio guide in different languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, and Russian). The audio guide is available online (cloud-based) and you'll need an internet connection to download and use it
- Please note that a moderate amount of walking is involved on this tour (4 to 5 hours). It is recommended to wear adequate equipment: good hiking boots, waterproof clothes, warm clothing, sunglasses and sunscreen
- Please note that the chairlift ticket to the Seven Rila Lakes is not included in the tour price and requires an additional fee (approx. 10€ per person)
- The lift may stop at anytime due to strong wind, power cut etc. In such a case you will be offered an alternative hike and the tour is non-refundable
- The tour can be canceled with a last-minute notice (100% refund will be applied) due to bad weather or the closure of the chairlift
- Not wheelchair accessible. Not suitable for pets. Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Please note that the minimum age for this tour is 10 years old
