Leave the city noise behind and enjoy a wonderful night packed with unique experiences at the Bedouin camp in the National Park of Qubbat al-Hasana. The area of Qubbat al-Hasana has a distinguished history, as it is the only area near Cairo with an open surface that bears witness to the Upper Cretaceous period, which dates back to about 100 million years.

Arrange your transportation and head towards the Bedouin Tent around 23 km from Giza Pyramids on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road next to Qubbat Al Hassana National Park. Be welcomed at the Bedouin tent, then stretch your legs and admire the fascinating nature around you.

Indulge in a tasty Bedouin dinner including authentic mandi meat, and mandi chicken, a traditional dish consisting mainly of meat or chicken and rice with a special blend of spices and vegetables, cooked in a pit, plus rice, tajins with vegetables, salads, and soft drinks. After dinner, try Arabic coffee and Bedouin tea as you admire the sky with its shiny stars. Skywatching eases your mind and rejuvenates your spirit. The Arabic dessert called Kunfa is the favorite dessert of the modern Egyptians. Kunafa is “ a crunchy, buttery dessert made with shredded pastry layers soaked in a sweet, sugar-based syrup”.

Afterward, watch the performance of the Tanura and fire show. Do not forget to take s Bedouin scarf free of charge as a souvenir of the Bedouin camp.
