What to expect

Learn how to capture the beautiful aurora lights with this workshop. Meet your English-speaking guide and listen to the short presentation he will give you at Tikkalaavu by bonfire. He will explain to you all the settings you need to capture the perfect shot of these dancing lights.

Listen while he will give some extra information about the Aurora Borealis itself and set up your camera to start shooting the lights yourself. Your guide will be there to help you if you need it or you can read the free pocket-sized Capturing Auroras guide while sipping a hot berry juice.

Please wear warm winter clothing including warm boots, hat, gloves or mittens
Remember to charge your camera batteries before the tour and bring spare ones with you
Clean your lens and double-check your camera works
Empty your memory card and bring a spare one with you
Activate the northern lights alarm system on your phone
Physical difficulty level is very easy, suitable for all fitness levels
