What to expect

Embark on a captivating journey through the picturesque villages and stunning landscapes of Provence.

Each day, you'll have the opportunity to explore a different open-air market, immersing yourself in the vibrant atmosphere and local culture. On Tuesdays, you'll visit Gordes, followed by Roussillon on Thursdays, Lourmarin on Fridays, Apt on Saturdays, and L'Isle sur la Sorgue on Sundays. The order of the visited sites will vary to align with the market days, ensuring a diverse and dynamic experience.

Drive along countryside roads at the foot of Luberon, and arrive in Isle-sur-Sorgue, where you can enjoy some free time to discover the antiques shops along the canals of the «Venice of Comtat Venaissin». Then you'll visit the source of the Sorgue river, visiting Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and walk up to the cave where this impressive river emerges. Wander in the exceptional hilltop village of Gordes which ranks among the most beautiful villages in France. Following that you'll have a photo stop at Senanque abbey (mid-June and mid-July only), during the lavender blooming season, to take some amazing pictures of the lavender fields. To wrap this tour, you'll continue toward the colorful village of Roussillon and its ochre cliffs, where you can have some free time for your own leisure or lunch (not included) during the tour.
