The vouchers must be exchanged in advance at the S-Bahn travel centers at the main station or airport. Please note that in rare cases there may be extended waiting times when exchanging vouchers
Opening hours of the travel centers: Munich Airport: Monday – Friday 7.30am to 9.00pm; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 8.30am to 6.30pm; Munich Central Station: Monday – Friday 7.00am to 8.00pm; Saturday, Sunday, public holidays 9.00am to 6.00pm
The following means of transport can be used with the CityTourCard Munich: S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus, streetcar and regional train
The group ticket is valid for up to 5 adults (two children aged 6-14 count as one adult)
The ticket must be stamped for validation before the start of the journey

The customer center at the central station is located on the left side of the tracks (exit Arnulfstraße), down the escalator towards the subway and then on the left side next to the bakery Rischart and Rewe.
