What to expect
A half day at sea to blow the cobwebs away has holiday treat written all over it. This catamaran cruise has all the ingredients for a morning or late afternoon of total relaxation, including scenic sailing around Corfu, beer on tap and snorkelling opportunities between sunbathing sessions on deck. Skipper Spyros says, ‘I'll be your captain on the catamaran cruise. Since a young age, I have been passionate about boating. Around the age of 15, I started taking sailing lessons, then I took part in a number of competitions all over the world. Later, I wanted to make my passion my profession. Such happiness – I'm really lucky that I love my job.'
The catamaran is kitted out with all your relaxation essentials – sunbathing decks, large floor cushions and a crew to take care of you while you're on board. You'll set sail from Marina Gouvia on the east of the island, taking in an ever-changing display of coastal scenes, with hidden sandy coves taking the starring role. Along the way you'll get to spot some famous landmarks from the hit-series 'The Durrells', as well as the house of the real Laurence Durrell, back in the 1930s.
You'll have approximately four hours out at sea, during which soft drinks and ice-cold beer will be available to quench your thirst while you're busy topping up your tan. What's more, your captain will drop anchor at a secluded spot for some snorkelling, swimming and the chance to cool off. Friends and families can enjoy catching up and making the most of Corfu's sun-soaked coast on this relaxing cruise.

Walking Tour of Parga with a Local Guide and Free Time
Parga's a picture of Greece. Bright buildings jostling for space around a harbour, a headland overlooking the town crowned by a castle and an island with a gleaming white chapel out in the bay. This full day experience combines a guided tour of this scenic spot, including the castle, and plenty of free time to find a taverna for lunch, shop, swim or relax. Dimitra, one of our expert local guides, says, ‘Panagia islet sits just across from Parga town – it's incredibly pretty, and close enough to swim to. On August 15th, there's a special service to honour the Virgin Mary and hundreds of worshippers flock to the island in dozens of boats.'Kick off with a ferry ride from Corfu to Igoumenitsa on the mainland, and then transfer by road to Parga. Your guide will take you on a walking tour through the narrow, twisting streets, then uphill on a trail with old stone steps to visit the Venetian castle. Dominating the city from its hilltop perch, you'll get fantastic views over the harbour, the bay and the terracotta rooftops of the town.Once you've had time to soak up that wonderful panorama, it's back down to the town for an afternoon of free time. Swim in one of Parga's lovely coves, go for lunch or enjoy some shopping in the historic centre.
