What to expect
Take part in a fun and relaxing art workshop at the lush vineyard of Mattsson Winery in Pini, Volada and bring home your self-made work of art!
During a three-hour workshop in an inspiring environment, you will create your own colorful mosaic. This activity is suitable for both experienced and inexperienced guests willing to live an artistic moment and to release their creative potential. The workshop will take place in a peaceful garden and in a cozy atmosphere.
Fill your wooden plate with several mosaic tiles and glasses of all possible colors to create your piece of art. Follow the tips and advice of your instructor or let yourself be carried away by inspiration. Once you are done, your work will receive a grout filling which you will do together with your instructor.

Meeting point:
The drive takes 20 minutes from Pigadia. After the village of Volada driving towards Othos you find a road that leads towards Lastos on your right. The exit is opposite of the big "Othos" letters at the viewpoint facing Pigadia. Walk or drive into this road. Stay on this road where you will find the Art and Walk house & Mattsson Winery after a couple of minutes having passed several curves in the road, some churches and a water source. The house is located on the right side. Have a look on Google Maps for the pin pointed location.

Setting off from Karpathos harbour, we'll cruise along the coast to the port town of Diafani, where a bus will be waiting to whisk you into the arid hills of the northwest to explore the hub of Greek culture and cuisine that is Olympos. Sophia says, ‘It might be small, but there's lots to see. Craft workshops, a museum, historic windmills and several tiny Orthodox churches are scattered through town. Don't miss the richly decorated Ekklisía Koimíseos tis Theotókou church.'After free time to explore the pastel-blue and beige alleys of Olympos and perhaps have some lunch, enjoy those dazzling views down to the sea one last time before the return transfer to Diafani. Here, you'll have some time to stroll the seaside promenade, watch the boats come and go as you relax with a drink in a bar or head to the beach for a dip. Next, it's back on board the boat for the return trip to Karpathos Town.
