What to expect
How does spending a day soaking up the sunshine, swimming and a spot of lunch sound? Perfect is what we're guessing. You'll hop from Kos to the isles of Pserimos, Kalymnos and Plati, with free time to relax, explore, browse for souvenirs or swim offshore. Utter bliss.
The islands to the north of Kos are dotted with peaceful coves, sandy beaches and cute harbours. And they're exactly where you'll be spending the day on this Aegean cruise. There'll be three stops throughout the day, when you'll have plenty of time to swim if you wish. And you'll step ashore at Pserimos and Vathi on Kalymnos.
Vathi boasts a picturesque, horseshoe-shaped bay with calm waters and a pretty town, it's the ideal place for some doing a bit of wandering. Back onboard, you'll tuck into lunch and round off the day with a swim stop off Plati. All you have to do is bring your sun cream and towel.

Kaiki Boat Cruise from Mastichari
Wind in your hair, sun on your face, you can catch some rays on deck as you set sail from Mastihari. Aboard a traditional Kaiki boat, it's time to relax and unwind as your captain drops anchor at secluded bays and swim spots at the neighbouring islands of Nera and Kalymnos. Eleni, one of our expert local guides, says, ‘Kaiki are the colourful wooden boats that Greece is so famous for. We are a nation of boatbuilders and fishermen, and even though many Kaiki boats are now used for tourism, look out for them still being used for fishing.'Sun, sea and swimming – a trio of things that make being on holiday so special.
