With the pocket money provided by the tour operator, you'll buy the vegetables you will use in your cooking at the Central Market of Thessaloniki “Kapani”, where numerous locals do their daily grocery shopping. With the help of a professional and experienced cook, you'll learn how to prepare famously traditional Greek dishes. You'll savor traditional appetizers, salads and main courses, such as Tzatziki sauce (yogurt, cucumber and garlic dip), stuffed vine leaves “dolmadakia”, Greek salad, stuffed vegetables (peppers and tomatoes) and your dessert: Chocolate salami!
