- After the quad tour, you'll need to reach the Mamme del Borgo location on your own means
- Lunch takes place at 12.30 pm, the dinner at 7.00 pm, and the cooking at 6.30 pm (May-September) or 5.30 pm (October- April)
- The quad guide speaks English while Mamme del Borgo don't. They can provide only general information about the food in a very basic English
