From the Vomero district in the hills, you will make your way to the top of the Petraio stairs. Here you will follow a hidden path linking the castles of Sant'Elmo and Egg Castle. Climb the stairs to Corso Vittorio Emanuele passing beautiful houses covered with wild plants. Halfway through you will stop at a terrace to admire a spectacular view of the city's famous votive altars. In the end, you will arrive at Santa Maria in Portico, a must-see church close to the promenade towards Egg Castle, the oldest in Naples.
