An experienced chef will guide you step-by- step in the making process and once you have your little dough ball ready, it will be time to go out and discover the Sicilian Capital. As your dough rises, you'll start a guided tour through the Market of Palermo, indulging in three tasting stops that offer a comprehensive experience of Sicilian flavors. As you traverse the city, your senses will be treated to an array of delectable Sicilian street food, including the irresistible arancini—deep-fried rice balls bursting with flavorful ragù or spinach and ricotta fillings. And of course, the famous cannoli, exquisite fried pastries with a creamy filling, await your eager palate. To cleanse your taste buds, relish in a refreshing, icy granita—a Sicilian delight.

After the market tour, you'll return to the cooking school. Here, you'll flatten your dough, add toppings, and complete your pizza masterpiece.
