Once you've gathered the ingredients, you'll transition to a professional kitchen studio to embark on your cooking session. Under guided instruction, you'll master the techniques of Japanese home-style cooking, from wielding a Japanese knife with precision to preparing foundational elements like dashi for miso soup and crafting sushi rice seasoned with vinegar. Beyond sushi, you'll delve into creating authentic dishes such as miso soup, eggplant dengaku, and the delightful dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).
