What to expect

Recently selected as one of the New World Wonders, Chichén Itzá is one of the most spectacular and important archeological sites of the Yucatan peninsula and Mesoamerica. The Maya-Toltec style which you can appreciate here is the result of the cultural exchange between the different cultures of Mesoamerica.

After visiting Chichén Itzá, you cool off in an impressive cenote (flooded cave) where nature and mysticism will bring you to a whole new dimension. Next, you will go to the city of Valladolid where past and present come together. Admire the beautifully colored colonial architecture and tastes of incredibly rich gastronomy. Explore the main square of the town and learn about the local customs.
