What to expect
Tiout oasis and Taroudant are just a short distance away and can be visited on this daytrip from Agadir. You'll walk through the palm-filled oasis of Tiout and mingle with locals in Taroudant's souk, while discovering the traditional way of life in Morocco.
You'll set off towards Tiout, admiring the argan trees that characterise the countryside. You'll stop for photo opportunities and you might even be able to spot the goats feeding up in the trees. You'll then take a short break for a traditional Moroccan mint tea before exploring Tiout. Here, you'll have the chance to walk in among this natural oasis filled to the brim with more than 2,000 palm trees. Enjoy the cooling effect of the oasis and rest up in a local kasbah for lunch.
Next up is the beautiful walled city of Taroudant, where you'll stop to admire the mud-red ramparts. Last but not least, your guide will lead you through the maze of souks and take you for a refreshing tea.
