What to expect

As you continue on the adventure, you'll venture into the Reserva do Sapal nature reserve and witness a wide variety of birds in their natural habitat, including cormorants, storks, spoonbills, and herons. You may even catch a glimpse of the flamingos, which reside in the area during certain seasons. The next destination will be Vila Real de Santo Antonio, where you'll take a short break at the Placa de Pombal. You'll take in the views of the city and soak up the atmosphere of this charming town.

As you make your way back, you'll cycle through picturesque pine forests along the coast. Not only that, but you'll experience the refreshing breeze and the soothing sounds of nature, as you glide through this scenery.
