What to expect

Experience an exciting adventure circuit, that consists of overcoming various natural obstacles, with professionals. Walk along little-known trails, climb using a handrail with about 100 meters in length, cross confined areas (caves) or climbing a rocky wall, and more.

Marvel at the Arrábida Mountain with some geological characteristics unique in the world, such as the Fenda da Arrábida, a “geomonument”, which opens up over approximately 700 meters on the south mountain slope, overlooking and parallel to the Portinho beach line.

Feel satisfied with overcoming various natural obstacles, such as cliffs or confined spaces. Experience several descents by rappelling between 10 and 30 meters, and more. Plus, if you're lucky you'll see some bats.
