Dating back as far as the 16th century, Jijona's nougat has danced through the ages to become the town's pride and joy. Wander in a candy wonderland of sweet treats, from classic hard and soft nougats to more daring twists of chocolate and fruit infusions. There's also local produce to purchase, such as bread, oil and wine.
