What to expect

This is a unique experience in Madrid where you will become immersed in the city and feel like a local. After the cooking class, you'll have a better understanding of Spanish culture and can enjoy tapas around the city.

During the class, several typical Spanish recipes will be prepared, starting as always with the sangria recipe, a drink that cannot be missed. Next, 8 different and varied tapas will be made, one of them being sweet, always accompanied by drinks and sangria. The ingredients are fresh, and at times, they use products from the host's own organic garden. Beatriz is a nutritionist and incorporates all her knowledge into recipe creation, as well as being familiar with the tradition of olive oil: her family has been cultivating olives, grains, and almonds for five generations in Almería.

Daniel is an expert ham cutter and highly experienced in the culinary world. His passion is to share his knowledge with new people so that they can replicate it in their homes worldwide. Additionally, he has cultivated vineyards in the Toledo area with his family for four generations. The recipes may vary depending on ingredient seasons or due to religious adaptations, intolerances, or food allergies. At the end of the class, the recipes will be handed out so that they can be replicated at home.
