There's a reason why Bodega Monje's wines are so special – every vine is cultivated and cared for completely by hand. Enjoy a tour and tasting session at this unique vineyard and try four of their finest wines each accompanied by a perfect cheese pairing.
Sitting 600m above sea level upon some of Tenerife's steepest and stoniest terrain, growing grapes here is a labour of love. Impossible to use machines, each vine is hand harvested – and you can taste the difference.
Guided by an expert sommelier, you'll soak up some spectacular sea views as you learn all there is to know about winemaking in this harsh, volcanic landscape.
