What to expect
Venture out of London into Somerset and explore two places that are full of history, legend and beauty; Glastonbury and Cheddar Gorge.
You'll kick your day off at Glastonbury which is well-known for its annual music festival and being the 'quirkiest town in England'. It attracts a lot of attention for its religious, pagan and mythical significance and you can delve deeper into this history at Glastonbury Abbey and St Michael's Tower where you can enjoy spectacular views across the Somerset plains.
