Please meet your guide outside the Ritz Hotel 10 mins prior to the start of the tour. Green Park underground station is the closest stop, take the left hand exit and walk past the Big Bus Company people. You'll find your guide beside two red telephone boxes and two souvenir stands underneath one of the Ritz signs.
