  • Please wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and clothing as some streets are cobblestoned and the tour runs in all weather conditions

  • This tour is fully wheelchair accessible, Please advise the guide in advance if you have any mobility or issues that would be helpful so that they are aware
  • Assistance dogs are welcome on this tour, unfortunately other pets are not allowed
  • This tour has #SafeTravels accreditation from VisitEngland, the national tourist board for England
  • You are not required to wear a mask, but if you feel more comfortable wearing one please do so
  • Your tour will cover 1.5 to 2 miles in the open air
  • Please allow extra journey time for parking now that the City Centre is busier and also for taking comfort breaks before you enter the City, as facilities are limited
