What to expect

There is no better way to explore the waters of Hawaii than by kayak.

Rent these ocean-safe clear bottom kayaks that allow you to enjoy both, the view above and below, at the same time. Go at your own pace and explore the underwater views through the expansive 2’ x 9’ window to the sea where the coral reefs are alive with colorful fish, honu (green sea turtles), eels, and urchins. If you're lucky, you might even see the resident Spinner dolphins and giant manta rays.

If you'd like to carry some small personal items, fret not, because there's a small water-resistant storage area for personal items on the kayak. Be sure to come with a friend or partner, for easier handling in and out of the water, and of course to also share the fun!

You must have a moderate physical fitness level to join. It's also not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions
The maximum weight capacity of passengers combined with gear is 400lbs
Infants (age 0-3) can join for free and must sit on parents' laps
Please dress appropriately for a sunny day on the water. It's recommended to wear hats, reef-safe sunscreen (avoid those containing oxybenzone, octinoxate, petrolatum, titanium dioxide), UV protection sunglasses, a lightweight towel, and plenty of drinking water. Reusable water bottles, reef-safe sunscreen, and towels are available at the shop for purchase if needed
