What to expect

Get to know the Boston of old and new! Explore the North End neighborhood, stroll along the Freedom Trail and experience modern Boston at the iconic Boston Harbor. Visit Boston’s most revered church and snack your way through the neighborhood while learning about the city’s incredible history.

Your tour will begin at the Boston Harbor with a walk through a scenic waterfront park with amazing views. Then, you'll make your way to the heart of the North End. Your guide will introduce you to a small, hidden Italian bakery serving up fresh bread daily. A proper Italian salumeria is next, where you’ll have a chance to enjoy some Italian meats and cheeses. Next up, you'll get to take a break in Hanover Street at a traditional Italian café. As you let the caffeine kick in, your guide will take you back in time into North End history with stories about some of the most influential events that happened in Boston.

You'll then head to the Old North Church, where you may get to step inside for a quick visit. After that, it's time for a taste of pizza and some samples of the best Italian pastries. Continue on with your guide beyond the North End neighborhood for a stroll through some of Boston’s best markets and green spaces, towards the famous Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. Moving into the heart of Downtown Boston, you'll stop in front of the Old State House - site of the Boston Massacre - and King’s Chapel - the first Anglican church in New England. Your tour will end at the beautiful Boston Public Garden.
