There is a minimum of 2 people per booking
Vehicle types: Car maximum 2 passengers with a small luggage or 3 passengers without luggage // Van maximum 3 passengers with a small luggage or 5 passengers without luggage // Bus maximum 8 passengers with a small luggage or 15 passengers without luggage
Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
The driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
At checkout please provide: Pick up date and time, number of pax, pick-up and drop-off point, Flight number, Full name (all passengers), Year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time for international flights: 90 minutes; for domestic flights: 60 minutes. Train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
