What to expect
Enjoy a 6-day tour to the main attractions of Vietnam! Your English-speaking guide will meet you at Hanoi 's Noi Bai International airport and transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi. In the evening, you'll enjoy a water puppet performance and spend the night in Hanoi.
On day two, you'll enjoy a sightseeing tour of Hanoi, Vietnam's artistic and intellectual capital. You'll admire the Old Quarter and its shops selling silk clothing, embroidered linens, ceremonial objects and other traditional articles. Then, you'll walk around Hoan Kiem Lake and dine in a French colonial villa converted in a gourmet restaurant.
On day three, you'll drive to Halong Bay City where you'll enjoy a 4-hour cruise along the bay and stop to visit one of the limestone caves of the area. During the cruise, you'll be served a local seafood lunch.
The following day, you'll take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City where you'll be able to choose between a private tour of galleries, studios and boutiques of the city or a visit to the Cu Chi tunnels and learn about the underground life during the Vietnam war.
On day five, you'll enjoy a private city tour and visit Chinatown, the ThienHau Pagoda, the Reunification Palace, the Opera House and the Hotel de Ville. You'll explore the colorful outdoor markets and Dong Khoi Street, the city's shopping boulevard.
During the last day, you'll have some free time to explore the city at your own pace or to buy some souvenirs before going back to the airport.
