See some of the highlights of Rovaniemi in this full-day tour. Start your day with a visit to the Arctic Snow Hotel. As the name gives away this hotel is fully made of ice and snow, each room unique and carved by a famous Nordic artist.
Back in Rovaniemi your guide will lead you around the city and tell you all about the history of the city. You will pass by some of the most famous buildings like the City Hall, Lapland Theatre and the Lappia House designed by Alvar Aalto.
After this, it is time to venture into the wild nature. Explore the wild forest of Finland and go on a snowshoeing hike. Step into the winter wonderland and experience the beautiful scenery. Your guide will bring you to an ice lake in the middle of the woods to finish your day in an exciting way.
On the lake, you will go for a snowmobile ride. Listen to your guide who will give you some basic instructions and drive around the snowy lake by yourself. A perfect way to end your Rovaniemi experience.
