What to expect

Take advantage of a combined ticket to visit the French capital and access the Eiffel Tower and take a one-hour cruise during the illuminations.

To start your day, you will go head straight up to the second floor for a panoramic view of the city. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of Paris highlights, such as the Sacré Coeur, Notre Dame and the Louvre museum.

Later in the evening, you will see the "City of Lights" illuminated for the night during a one hour cruise on the Seine. Marvel at the monuments by night, such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame de Paris and many more. The boats leave from a quay located five minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and run every hour in winter and every 30 minutes in summer. You will be able to use your illuminated cruise ticket at any time of day without changing the date.

The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument. All boats are non-smoking. However, some boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace for smoking
Animals are not permitted, except the animals accompanying visitors with disabilities
It's not allowed to bring large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby stroller, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility). Know in advance:

Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets
It is not possible to reschedule the tour once the booking has been completed
This is not a guided tour, your host will lead you to the second floor, from there you will proceed to your visit independently
Even with prepaid access, you might wait at the security checks and for the elevators on the ground floor or when going down from the second floor
The Eiffel Tower is wheelchair-accessible only up to the second floor
There is no left-luggage facility at the Eiffel Tower or the cruise boat
This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the elevator of the Eiffel Tower is restricted and you take the stairs, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the elevator and a ticket for the stairs may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public by stairs
