We will show you every secret to achieve amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin star restaurant.
I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city). After many experience in Michelin star restaurant as a chef, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta.
We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch!
I will teach you some different kind of pasta shapes as
- Tortelli
- Tagliatelle
- Fettuccine and a lot more :)
A wonderful experience about the magical word of pasta.
Of course, at the end we are going to enjoy together an amazing pasta dish.
I will show you how to prepare few different sauces for our amazing pasta!
We will be taste 3-4 different pasta dishes!
