What to expect

Discover, step by step, how to prepare a perfect Tuscan meal, from appetizers to desserts, including the art of making fresh pasta.

You will learn how to cook different types of pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi. Our chef will also teach you the secrets of the best sauces, such as basil pesto, mushroom ragout, and many others.

Prepare the meal, have fun with us, and feast on the fruits of your labor!

Recipes will be provided to you after the class, ensuring that you can recreate Tuscan dishes at home as well.
