Delve into the natural landscapes and food traditions of Noria on this guided walking tour with a local food-tasting.

This 25 kilometre walk will take you through the valley from which the town of Norcia rises. You´ll follow the perimeter of what was once a large lake and admire the surroundings including what is, most likely, the oldest oak tree in Umbria.

Pass through the grasslands of Marcite, the villages of Popoli, Piediripa, Paganelli, and Nottoria. Visit the Monastery of San Benedetto in the town of Monte. Get to taste the typical "norcineria", cured meats from the area, as part of your local food tasting experience. Also, visit a company that produces ovine cheese.

During the visit to local production facilities, learn about local farming and agriculture and get the chance to buy products if you so wish.

This experience runs with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 15 participants. Should the minimum not be met, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund

Your guide is bilingual and will communicate in both Italian and English
This tour is recommended for those aged 3+. Infants under 3, however, may join for free and do not require a ticket. Please bear in mind that the route is not suitable for strollers
