What to expect

Travel back in time with this experience in Valnerina.

Discover how mountains were crossed in the past and understand first-hand how a simple water course eroded the earth to form a deep gorge. Once inside the tunnels and in absolute darkness, learn about this 1900s technological jewel and flagship of central Italy which was dismantled in the ´70s. Hear about the rocks surrounding you before heading up to see Valnerina from above.

If you´re lucky, this experience will be topped off with an excellent sunset.

This hike covers a total distance of 11 km and includes a vertical descent of 450 m
