What to expect

Set off on a self-guided day trip from Amsterdam and immerse yourself in Dutch culture. Discover one of the world's largest flower gardens at Keukenhof and visit the traditional windmill village, Zaanse Schans where you can see the windmills, sample some Dutch cheese, and see the Wooden Shoe Museum.

Depart from Amsterdam and transfer to the Zaanse Schans. Go at your own pace and check out additional experiences you can purchase, including wooden shoe-making and clog painting workshops. shuttle buses depart Keukenhof every 30-minutes from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm (last departure)
visit Keukenhof Park at your own leisure: there is no minimum or maximum duration, as long as you're on the last bus

Meeting point:

The tour departs from "This is Holland" building, Overhoeksplein in Amsterdam. To get there, take the free ferry from platform F3 behind Central Station. The ferry shows direction Buiksloterweg (a 3-minute ferry ride to the opposite side). When you get off the ferry, turn left. Look up and you will see a round building with the red, white and blue flag of Holland. From the ferry, it’s a 3-minute walk.
